Toyota Kata

From Mike Rother's book, "Toyota Kata," participants learn how to spend 20 minutes a week working on improving a process using the Plan-Do-Check-Act  PDCA events called experiments)

 

Documented improvements of process time reductions of 50% or more in two months are available.  A great way to introduce Lean Six Sigma problem-solving. 

LEAN SIX SIGMA PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Participants learn the basics of Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement by completing an actual process improvement project.

 

Sessions are 45 minutes, every other week.  Taught by a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

 

At the conclusion of the training, each participant is equipped to lead another project
